Thomas Johnson brings a wealth of practical and experiential knowledge of custom home building to Vintage Homes. As the superintendent for Vintage’s newly developed high end custom home building division, he uses the wisdom and skills he has learned through his years in construction which began in 1996. He started his profession as a general laborer, but soon began a carpenter apprentice in 1997. It was on the job where he learned valuable carpentry skills, such as concrete finishing, framing, and trim carpentry.
After working for a local builder which specialized in high-end custom homes as a carpenter and superintendent, he ventured out by receiving his residential contractor’s license, as well as selling and installing prefinished custom cabinetry in 2008. It was this venture that eventually lead him to Vintage when he started working with them as a sub-contractor. After a couple of years in this capacity, it seemed like a perfect fit for Thomas to join the Vintage family.
It is Thomas’ experience, attention to detail and integrity that makes him an extremely valuable member of the Vintage Homes team.
