Zack Flash began working with Vintage Homes by Vintage Construction Group in 2021 as a Client Success Manager to support our home builders and clients during their home building journey. Through personal communication and the BuilderTrend software features, he ensures each project is on track and all parties are on the same page before, during, and after move-in.
Zack’s involvement made such a positive impact, that in the summer of 2022 he took on an additional role with Vintage Realty Company’s corporate office as a Business Development Coordinator. He works with all departments to reach our goals and spur growth through marketing strategy, client communications, and relationship management. This dual role with Vintage Homes and Vintage Realty Company is a perfect fit for Zack’s customer service and partnership building skills. Making connections comes naturally to Zack and his goal is to ensure customer satisfaction at each touchpoint with our company.
Before joining Vintage, he worked hand-in-hand with small businesses around the Ark-La-Tex in his role at his family’s business, Paragon Press. He has an intimate knowledge of a variety of business operations and marketing strategies that will benefit our clients and projects. He is passionate about projects and people that lead to the betterment of the communities we serve.
Zack is a Louisiana State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a concentration in Professional Sales. In pursuit of a complete understanding of the real estate industry, he also became a licensed agent through the Louisiana Real Estate Commission in 2022. Additionally, Zack is also the Head of Coaching for STEAM Baseball in Shreveport where he is the mediator between the STEAM board, coaches, the players and their families. This experience of motivating players, parents, and teams to be their best is a perfect complement to his business development career.
