Commercial Construction
The goal of VAS Construction, LLC becoming the leading commercial development firms is becoming a reality with each passing year as our clients bring us new and exciting work. Over the years, VAS Construction, LLC has worked with local businesses in Shreveport-Bossier on select commercial construction projects.
Our commercial building projects feature the same care and personal touch as our home building construction sites. The business owners we work with can expect a dedicated team to manage schedules, details, and budget. We work closely with architects, land planners, state fire marshals, and local jurisdictions to ensure properties are compliant and successful.
We have great professional relationships and affiliations with commercial building partners, building suppliers, and designers to bring your vision to a reality. We are also an energy star partner, member of the United States Green Building Council and certified green building professional.
Land and Site Development
We take projects from raw land to fully developed projects that are ready to sell, build on, or enjoy for recreational use. Our staff can assist in the appraisal, engineering, local approval process, wetland study, budget creation, and oversight of the land improvements.
We oversee the development of neighborhoods like Provenance, Lucien Field Estates, The Grove at Garrett Farm and Riverscape. We currently have several other projects in the pipeline that we are working to bring to life. Making your project a reality is our number one goal, and we have all the tools to get you there.
In 2020, one of our developments, Provenance was awarded a GOLD Best in American Living Award (BALA) by the National Association of Home Builders at the annual International Builders Show in Las Vegas.
