This classic Shreveport Southern Living Style Home, called the Sugarberry Cottage, was designed exclusively for Southern Living by Moser Design Group in South Carolina.  Classic Southern Farmhouse features adorn the exterior: lap siding, wooden railings, exposed rafter tails, a 9’ deep front porch, and screened-in side porch, with a charming robin’s egg blue front door.  The plan features an open layout,  perfect for family life and entertaining.  The Master Suite features His and Hers Closets, Bath with double vanities, free-standing soaker tub and custom-built shower.  Two large upstairs bedrooms with bench seats and large dormer windows are separated by a second-story Gallery living area with built-in bookshelves.  The house makes full use of every inch of space for storage – clever storage nooks set into the walls, a built-in Home Office, a large Utility with custom cabinetry, shelving, and a drop station just inside the back door.
